The Brow Technique Sculpting Pencil is your effortless way to create perfect brows. It requires only feather-light strokes following the brow strands to give the appearance of real hair. The retractable triangle-shaped tip pencil does the job. Includes a spoolie on the other side.

Waterproof and smudge-proof.

Available in three shades; Dark Brown, Light Brown and Light Coffee.
